The Pause Is Over: The Hello Frequency Season Continues
The Hello Frequency is back :) YAY
In this episode, I return to The Hello Frequency after a much-needed pause. Following the passing of my mum in June 2025, I’ve been slowly finding my way back to the conversations I recorded earlier in the year. This season feels like a turning point—a reminder that even in the midst of grief, there is space for growth, healing, and unexpected silver linings. I briefly speak about how loss has been both a burden and a teacher, showing me how to approach myself with more love as well as reflection. Through these stories and voices, I hope to nurture a shared consciousness rooted in empathy, love, compassion, and peace. This episode is my way of honouring both the pain and the light that coexist within us, and of reminding us all that we can still hold onto hope for a kinder, more compassionate world.
Remember, in a world where discord echoes loudly, let empathy be our pluriversal language!
My Dear Listeners,
Apologies in advance if I cough or if the audio quality isn’t the most pleasing to your ears. I’m still recovering from a chesty cough.
The Hello Frequency is back J YAY
Over the past months, I’ve been slowly returning to the interviews I recorded earlier this year, before my mum’s passing in June 2025. This has been a year marked by loss, grief, hardship—and yet also by growth, unexpected silver linings, and transformation. At times, it feels relentless.
As someone who grew up in war and witnessed other deep wounds of humanity, I know what it means to carry the weight of challenges that seem never-ending. I imagine many of you resonate with this in your own way. That is why I come back to this space: to share stories that remind us of our shared humanity and our hope for better days.
In the wake of deep loss, I return with renewed light and hope.
I started this podcast with a clear intention: to spread empathy, love, compassion, and light. For me, this is a form of activism—a response to the wars and violence we have been witnessing, especially since 2023, and to the personal scars of war and conflict that I carry. Words often fail to capture the depth of that heartbreak. So instead, I turn to creativity, to conversation, and to the power of collective consciousness.
For all of you who co-create in this vision—whether through your own work or by simply holding space for love, compassion, peace, and harmony—I am profoundly grateful. I truly believe that by nurturing this consciousness through meditation, awareness, and connection, we can help shape a more compassionate future—and this is a practice I commit to every day.
So, I return to you now with the news that the seasonal pause is over—at least, I hope so. Editing these conversations has felt like a gift. As I relisten, I am often moved to tears by the generosity of my guests. Their voices remind me that we are, in fact, manifesting a shared consciousness for a kinder world.
Grief continues to be my teacher. I am learning to approach self-reflection not only with criticism, but also with love—a shift that feels like one of the few blessings to come from this journey of loss.
A quick note: the episodes you’ll hear in the coming weeks were recorded between March and early May of 2025. Some of the references may feel anchored in that moment in time. To give you context, I’ll add the recording date to each episode description.
I hope these conversations bring you meaning, comfort, love, and light.
Thank you for tuning in.
And remember—in a world where discord echoes loudly, let empathy be our pluriversal language.
Until next time—this is Caya, signing off from Hello Frequency.
